Welcome to Miller's Lutheran Church! We are a historic congregation in the Hickory area, with traditional Lutheran roots and a beautiful church building. Our worship is traditional, using the Lutheran Book of Worship (LBW) and With One Voice (WOV) for our hymns and liturgy. We celebrate Holy Communion on the First and Third Sundays of each month, as well as on major festivals.
If you'd like to receive Holy Communion, we welcome all baptized Christians to the Lord's Supper. If you are not baptized, you are welcome to come forward and receive a blessing.
If you'd like to worship with us, we don't have a dress code, but we would ask that you dress in such as way that doesn't distract other worshipers from focusing their attention on God.
If you're coming from another Christian tradition and are not familiar with our worship style, please don't hesitate to ask anyone near you to help navigate the service. We'd love to help you when you visit us!
